Network and Wi-Fi repairs
Wi-Fi that dies in half the house, a smart home that went offline when the internet provider swapped the modem, or a rack of equipment nobody can explain. We diagnose and fix home networks across Sydney.

The fault is usually the network, not the smart home
When an app can't find the lighting, the cameras drop out or the audio stutters, the network is the most likely cause. A new modem with a different address range, a failed switch, or Wi-Fi stretched too far.
We map what's there, fix what's broken, document the addressing and passwords, and hand you a record so the next fault is quick to find.
Common faults
- Wi-Fi dead spots and dropouts
- Smart home offline after a new modem
- Cameras or intercom dropping off
- Everything down after a power flicker
- Unlabelled rack and cabling
- No record of passwords or addressing
How a service call works
Tell us the symptoms
Describe what the system is doing, or refusing to do. We'll tell you what's likely involved before anyone comes out.
On-site diagnosis
We find whether the fault is hardware, programming or the network before quoting a fix.
Repaired and tested
Parts replaced, programming restored, and tested with you before we leave.
What a service call costs
- $330
- to attend, including the first hour on site
- $198
- per hour after the first hour, in 30 minute blocks
The $330 is credited against the repair if you go ahead with it, and we quote the repair before we start it. All prices include GST. No travel charge, and nothing on the invoice you haven't agreed to.
Network for strata and apartment buildings
Strata managers, building managers and committees: we look after common property systems across a building, report after every visit and invoice per building, so the paperwork is as easy as the repair.
- Common area Wi-Fi and comms rooms
- Network equipment supporting CCTV, intercom and access
- UPS and power protection for building systems
- Documentation for the building's records
Questions we get asked
Why did my smart home stop working when I got a new modem?
The new modem often uses a different address range, so devices set to fixed addresses can't be found. It's a configuration fix once the addressing is mapped.
Can you fix Wi-Fi without new cabling?
Sometimes, by moving or adding access points where cable already exists. Where it doesn't, a small amount of new cabling usually solves it properly.
Do you work on networks you didn't install?
Yes. We'll map and document what's there first.
Where we attend
Servicing across the Northern Beaches, the Eastern Suburbs, the Lower and Upper North Shore and the Inner West, from Palm Beach and Mosman to Point Piper, Vaucluse, Wahroonga and Balmain.
