Our process
Ten stages from the first set of drawings to the handover walkthrough. Structured so the client, architect, builder and electrician all know what happens next and what they need to decide.
Design
Discovery
You send drawings and tell us how you want to live in the house. We review the plans, clarify the brief and meet on site or online.
System design and quotation
We design from the architectural set: lighting and control, networking, security, access, audio and climate. The quotation is itemised by system, covering hardware, labour and programming.
Revisions and approval
We adjust layouts, equipment and scope until the proposal matches the brief, then confirm a fixed scope of works.
Final layout review
Keypads, touch panels, access points, cameras, sensors, speakers and the rack are placed on the drawings and checked against joinery and finishes.
Construction
Pre-construction walkthrough
On site with the builder or electrician to confirm device positions, conduit paths, mounting heights and the rack before any cable goes in.
Pre-programming
Systems are configured and tested in our workshop, which cuts time on site and keeps us off the critical path.
Cable check before sheeting
We confirm every cable is in the right place, accessible and labelled before the walls are closed.
Hardware installation
At fit-off: keypads, touch panels, cameras, intercom stations, speakers and the rack.
Completion
Commissioning and testing
Every scene, sensor, schedule and integration is tested in detail, and the network and security are checked end to end.
Handover
A walkthrough of the house, documentation, network maps, app setup on your devices, and a backup of all programming files.
After handover. Most clients ask for a few changes once they've lived with the system for a month. That visit is part of the job. Ongoing support is available through a Care Plan.

Based on the Northern Beaches, we design and install across the Eastern Suburbs, the Lower and Upper North Shore and the harbour side of the Inner West: from Palm Beach, Clareville and Clontarf to Mosman, Hunters Hill, Wahroonga, Point Piper, Vaucluse, Bellevue Hill and Dover Heights, and further afield for larger projects.
