Stage 1
Initial Contact & Project Discovery
Clients, architects or builders reach out with drawings and a broad vision for the home. We review your plans, clarify your goals, and determine which systems may be required—lighting control, security, networking, audio, climate, access control and more.
If needed, we arrange a site visit or online meeting to understand the layout and lifestyle requirements.
Outcome: Clear understanding on both sides: what you want, and how we can deliver it.
Stage 2
System Design & Quotation
Using your architectural plans, we design a tailored smart home solution. This includes:
- Lighting layouts and control systems
- Networking and WiFi design
- CCTV and security components
- Access control and intercoms
- Audio visual solutions
- HVAC integration
- Optional extras and advanced technologies
We then prepare a detailed, itemised quotation covering hardware, labour, and system integration.
A follow-up call or meeting ensures the design aligns perfectly with your expectations.

Stage 3
Revisions & Approval
You review the proposal and provide feedback. We adjust layouts, equipment selections and system features as needed. Optional enhancements can be added at this stage.

Stage 4
Final Layout & Design Review
Together, we refine the physical placement of all devices:

Pre-Programming & Off-Site Preparation

Cable Installation Check
Once cables are roughed-in and walls are sheeted, we return to confirm:

Hardware Installation
When the home reaches final-fix stage, we install all visible components:
